Amrut Yojana 2.0 ek government scheme hai jo India ke shahri areas mein paani aur sewerage system ko sudharne ke liye launch ki gayi hai. Ye scheme October 2021 mein start hui aur iska main goal hai har ghar tak functional water tap pahunchana aur sahi tarah se sewerage aur septage manage karna. AMRUT 2.0 mein paani bachane aur recycle karne par bhi dhyan diya ja raha hai jisse paani ki kami na ho. Is scheme ke through 500 shahron mein pani aur sewerage ki suvidha ko behtar banaya jayega, taki logon ki life quality improve ho sake. Yeh scheme total 5 saal ke liye chalti hai, jisme government ne crores rupaye allocate kiye hain.
Amrut Yojana Eligibility
The basic eligibility for the Amrut Yojana is depends on an urban area with a population exceeding 60000 people. The Government of India gives these cities water supply, sewerage, and urban transport. It is an open scheme, there is no specific eligibility criteria for individuals or households.
Amrut Yojana Benefits
Water Supply: Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation provides special water supply arrangements for the hilly areas, coastal cities, etc. The revival of the Drinking Water supply and recharging of groundwater. Renew the old water supply systems including the treatment plants.
Sewerage: The Government of India is renewing the old sewerage system and treatment plants. The recycling of water for Beneficial purposes and the reuse of wastewater.
