Pilot Phase & Implementation Data

1.27 lakh internship positions offered by 280 companies across 745 districts.
6.2 lakh applications received, 82,000 offers made, but only 8,700 students joined (approx. 10.6% participation).
Pilot Phase 2 (Jan–Mar 2025):
Expanded to 1.18 lakh internships from 327 companies spanning 735 districts.
Registrations were open until March–April 2025.
Challenges faced included low participation due to unclear stipend details, lack of awareness, and mismatch in expectations between students and employers.
