Key Benefits of PM Vishwakarma Yojana
Financial Support with Low-Interest Loans
Collateral-free loansup to ₹3 lakh – given in two steps:
₹1 lakh with 18 months to repay, and after that, ₹2 lakh with 30 months repayment time.
The interest rate is just 5%, which makes it more affordable.Toolkit incentiveworth ₹15,000 (given through e-voucher) at the start of skill training.
Adaily stipend of ₹500for those attending training.
₹1 incentive for every digital transaction (up to 100 times a month).

Skill Development Basic & Advanced Levels
Basic Training
5 to 7 days (around 40 hours) covering modern techniques, workshop safety, and basic digital skills.
Advanced Training
Lasts 15 days or more, covering business management and advanced work methods.
Training comes with a stipend so that artisans can learn without financial stress.

Must beat least 18 years old
Should be working in afamily-based traditional trade
Onlyone person per familycan apply
Should not have taken a loan through similar schemes like PMEGP, Swanidhi, or Mudra in thelast 5 years(unless the loan is already fully repaid)
Shouldnot be in government service
Caste certificates needed if applying under reserved community benefits
